Item in very good condition. The only broken piece I can detect is the middle top mast is missing the top spindle- you can view this in the last picture. The water is full, the key is attached and it plays music. Flags and masts are all accounted for, as is the skull. The one mast leans a little bit forward.

All in all very nice condition. I will do my best to package this item securely to prevent breakage as there is NO BOX.
